The SEND Team and what we do



Welcome to our SENco page.  Should you need information regarding additional help that your child may need, please contact Mrs James, Head of School, in the first instance.


Below is a brief introduction to our SENco Team.


Mrs Caroline Woodhill

  • PGCE Primary Trained, I have taught across KS1 and KS2 in several primary schools in Rugby

  • Achieved the National Award for SEN Co-ordination in 2010

  • Worked as SENCo at two primary schools before joining Rokeby in January 2017

  • I have 3 children and enjoy spending time with my family and walking my dog

Miss Lynsey Watts


  • A qualified teacher since 2008 specialising in early years education.
  • I significant experience working with EYFS children particularly in nursery school settings.
  • I have worked at Rokeby Primary School since 2014 and working with Mrs Woodhill to support our children with additional needs.
  • Outside of school I am a mother to my three children and I enjoy being outdoors and reading.


Mrs O'Leary


  • Specialist teacher with the Early Intervention Service
  • I have a post gradulate qualification in language and communication impairment in children (up to 18 years)
  • I have 10 years experience with EIS, 1 year as assistant Educational Psychologist, 1 years introducing CAF in Warwickshire. 
  • My school teaching experience covers both special and mainstream teaching.

Mrs Collins


Mrs Collins is an experienced Teaching Assistant with a long career at Rokeby Primary School.  She administers the SEN information in school overseeing the data management and paperwork.
