Administration Team

Our administration team can help with queries from parents and other members of the public. We aim to respond to telephone calls and emails promptly, however during busy times there may be a short delay.

We can help you with most queries relating to payments, attendance, school meals, holidays, booking music lessons, making appointments with the Head Teacher and a vast range of other queries that you might have. Please remember that all questions regarding your child's progress and attainment should be directed to the class teacher.

Family Support

Our family support worker, Mrs Smith, is on hand to help offer any support our families may need. You can contact her by emailing smith.v@stowevalley.com. Alternatively, you can contact the office by emailing rokebyprimary@stowevalley.com and they will direct your query to the best person.
